Hi everyone, good afternoon! 

We’re thrilled about our Christmas party on December 1st, and I hope you are too. I’d like to share our agenda with you to prepare for this exciting night!

At the beginning of the party, you can meet me to collect your welcome kit, which includes your bingo card, a marker, and your tickets for our prize drawing. You can also grab your taxi voucher from me at this time. Seth will be capturing photos throughout the event, so feel free to snap pictures with your friends and guests! A link will be sent after the party for you to access and download your online photos.

Here’s the schedule for the evening:
– Welcome speech at 7 pm
– Open bar starts at 7 pm
– Dinner will be served at 8 pm
– Some Certificates of Appreciation will be presented at 9:00 pm
– Bingo at 9:15 pm with a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card
– A quick puzzle contest at 9:30 pm, where the first group to complete the puzzle will receive a $25 Amazon gift card per person.

For the special prize of the night, a brand new Traeger Grill Pro Series 575 Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker, valued at over $1,000, we’re hosting a Talent Show Contest! [CLICK HERE to sign up by November 28th].

Our late-night Poutine Open Bar starts at 10:00 pm.

At 10:30 pm, we’ll have a prize drawing with the following items: an Instant Pot Duo Multi Cooker, a Starfit Personal Blender, a set of 2 Reduce MUGs, a set of 2 ETNA COFFEE & TEA MUGs, one LED lamp with wireless charger, and a Klein Tools D213-9NE 9-Inch High Leverage Side Cutting Plier.

The night will conclude with a closing speech at 11 pm by Daniel and Will.
