We are thrilled to invite all of you to our Golf Tournament 2024! It promises to be a day of fun, camaraderie, and some friendly competition.

Location: Assiniboine Golf Club

Join us for a day of golf and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Assiniboine Golf Club. It’s a great opportunity to relax and connect with your colleagues outside of the workplace.

For those of you attending the GolfTournament, kindly remember to clock out before leaving and then clock back in as Powertec Office/Shop > Company Event – paid Time off  /  Overhead. Additionally, please include a note specifying “Golf Tournament.”

If you won’t be participating in the tournament, please clock out at the regular time you finish working.

Important Notes:

**If you plan to attend the golf tournament:**
– Overtime will not be considered for the time spent at the game.
– Employees who worked in the morning and then attend the game will receive a full day’s pay.

**If you choose not to attend the golf tournament:**
– You will receive payment for the hours you worked as usual.
– If you leave early and do not attend the golf tournament, you will only receive payment for the hours you worked.
